I just started smoking more meats. I have a Weber Kettle and a 18.5" Weber Smokey Mountain. I have cooked a couple of pork butts and a few racks of ribs. All of which turned out great. I am looking for some new things to try. I want to try some beef and chicken and increase the variety in general. What are some good recipe sources for people looking to try some new things?
