My name is Willy. I live in southern manitoba Canada. Last summer my brothers in law and i decided to build ourselves a hog roaster. We got hold of an old fuel oil tank and went to work. It turned out pretty good and we ended up using it a few times. The problem was it was too darn heavy to move too often. This spring i built another one onto a trailer. I had learned a few things to improve from the first one so its definetely an upgrade. I love cooking whole hog! Its not done regularly around here so its such a treat. I will post pics of my builds as soon as i figure out how. Thanks for having me!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a nice warm day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
