Hi everyone,

Im new here my name is kevin, I'm from southern ontario canada, i just recently started getting into smoking meat, i havent bought a smoker just yet ut there is one in my very near future. Im a hunter and definitely want to smoke own wild game. Right now i have my masterchef 4 burner propane grill and it seems to do and alright job withbthe stuff ive smoked, some fish and some ribs, bit i definitely want to step it up. Im gonna try smoking a brisket this coming weekend, any tips trick or even recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
