Hi all, 

 

I'm Russ, the owner/pitmaster/wood hauler/bottlewasher for AdamsRibDC. We are an online only, delivery only BBQ restaurant located in, well, Washington, DC. We move into our space Wednesday (#fingerscrossed), and will begin playing with the new smoker and getting the IT thoroughly tested with a soft opening/catering events on Labor Day weekend. 

 

Me, I've been a backyard smoker for about 25 years, but I've spent my career in finance, so this is a radical change to say the least. Last year, I decided I was going to make the change, come hell or high water, and thanks to a fit of inspiration coming from a bottle or two of wine, came up with the name and the business model.
