New batch of jerky

Used top round this time.  Turned out pretty well.  Really need to get a meat slicer so i can keep the thickness consistent.  AMNPS worked like a charm this time around. The key is to let it burn for a while.

Looks good. I have the same feeling about the meat slicer, maybe I will get one some day.
