Charcoal not wasted....

I used to think that if I fired up the smoker, I needed to load it up - not waste my charcoal. But, I find that I smoke less because of that thought process. So, I bought the fixings, made the rub, and smoked a single Boston butt for me and a few friends. Definitely NOT wasted charcoal.

if you ask me if you get any smoked meat whatever charcoal you used, it wasnt totally wasted.

Try mixing some chunks of wood to the charcoal .
