Hello all, 


My name is Adam and I live along the Lake Michigan coast line in the great state of Michigan. Although i am from Michigan i am a huge Packers fan, I know that has nothing to do with smoking meat.


I am new to Smoking but not new to eating smoked meats. I enjoy most any smoked meat but one of my favorites is Salmon and other seafood. Being i live along the coast of Lake Michigan in Michigan, I Love to go fishing. I get local specialties like Salmon and Whitefish.


I have a gas and charcoal grill, as well as access to a small vertical charcoal smoker.I also have a smoker box to put in my grills.


I am looking forward to hearing tips and trick to get me going in this new adventure.
