I have a 1.75lb top blade roast going in a 30" Masterbuilt.

I have found a few threads asking for temp ideas, but I'm new to this and still figuring out my smoker.

Can anyone suggest what temp and time settings I should use on my masterbuilt

Wow, this thread is a week old.  Sorry.  Tell us what you did and how it turned out?

Top blade and flat iron can be pretty lean to nicely marbled.  I typically marinate and grill flat iron steaks cut from the top blade roast.  It is a flavorful cut.  Either way, whether grilling or smoking, best served at a final IT in the125F -135F range, especially if toward the leaner side.
