G'day Lads,

Name is Matt, And I currently reside in Newcastle, Australia. Smoking experience is pretty limited, just in a weber kettle, but a reverse flow is in the planning stages due to buying an 80 seat cafe, with plans of pulled pork sandwiches, ribs and brisket
Trying to get my head around the calculator on here, as I'm a bit rusty on imperial measurements, gonna take me a few hours I think. 1800mm long x 600mm dia CC, so I'll start there.
Going to be a pleasure reading though the forum. I look forward to chatting with a few of you and picking your brains once I get building.

Dutchy, just read your Roll Call post. Sounds very familiar. I have a severe reaction to prawns when I eat them, can still touch them though, so cooking for me was a no no.


In NSW? Want a job? Lol. Just kidding. Nice to know theres someone in the state that I might call on one day for some cooking pointers. Where about are you?
