My name is Bill from western ny. I was recently turned on to grilling with charcoal after using propane for years. Since going out and purchasing a Weber kettle grill, I stumbled upon this site and started smoking. Currently have a Mac and cheese going, and found the recipe on smf.

Some pics. Top is just prior to going on the smoke. Middle is 2 hours in, and bottom is after 3 hours.
