Hey dudes, long time lurker and reader of this site. Figured I would join up and post some of my stuff.
I am from VA/NC. Been smoking for a few years now; I mainly smoke butts and pork ribs. I am hoping to expand my horizons a little bit and branch out into the world of beef et al.
I use a Chargriller with side firebox that we have had for about 8-10 years now. Good smoker, but I have a feeling I will be upgrading before too long.
