Made some turkey a few nights ago and I'd say it turned out awesome! This is about halfway through the smoke, I just took it out of the package, injected it with a mixture of dark brown sugar and a little water, keeping the net on it, applied my dry rub recipe and smoked at 225 for about 4 hours! This is probably one of my favorite things to smoke! So tender and delicious!
