Just picked up some cherry wood.

Anyone smoke with cherry wood for beef? I found it great with chicken, pork, and turkey. Want to try tri-tip and brisket. I will use cherry because I got half a truck load of seasoned cherry for 10 bucks.

Cherry is great on beef. I like to use a 50/50 mix of cherry and pecan, or cherry and kiawe.
