1st Pork Butt in my Mini with Foams Rolls

Butt was in the freezer so we decided to do some PP.Used Jeffs rub a nice light coat,2 hrs before smoking.

Butt weighed 8lbs. skin removed.

Set the coals up around the charcoal ring,started smoking 

Got temp. up to 250 and it stayed there for 3hrs.

Able to take a peak shot thru the lid.

5 1/2 hrs. in time to probe

Perfect time the stall

I raised the temp to 270* and it finished in 9 1/2 hrs.

Pulled it today 

Now what could make this better

Forgot to take the money shot,but believe me they were good.Rolls are still nice and soft.

Nice smoke! Tasty looking rolls, bet the combination of the two made a tasty Sandwee!!!

Great looking meal. Man Those rolls look great and they are just made for sticking pulled pork into.
