My first time smoking multiple butts in multiple days, 4 today, 4 tomorrow and 2-4 Friday. Graduation party on Saturday. My plan is to vacuum seal them and keep in fridge after pulling. Sound ok?

Sounds good, but I don't know that vacuum sealing is required if you're serving on Saturday. I would pull them and keep in some covered inexpensive steam table pans and refrigerate. Then heat in the oven when it comes time to serve.
