You're in luck because i can only do about 12 at a time the way i like most to cook them. They're spun in a roti basket...but if need be i have a setup I can double that.Nice lookin wings Keith, we love wings round here ! I'd take a dozen with a couple cold ones, oh yea !

I'm using my open top barrel cooker with a maple split fire and I laid some rebar off to the side to hang the veggies. After they cooked I put them into a butter sauce with seasoning....really like a little Tony's
