Hello all I'm Robert, I live in Dexter Oregon And I'm addicted to smoked meat. Weather it's beef, pork, or fish I love it all.
I started out smoking fish and making jerky in an old refrigerator that my grandfather converted to a smoker years before i got it.
That has long since rusted out so a couple years ago my wife got me an MES 30. I've smoked a butt here and a brisket there and smoked a ham this past Easter. Now that I have found this forum and seen all the modifications that you guys have came up with for the Mes, I look forward to doing those soon.
