Happy spring from Pennsylvania

Hello all, I have referred to this forum many times for answers to my smoking questions. I got alot of good ideas. Thanks. I finally decided to join.
I have 15 years experience as a camp cook, cooking for 15 to 25 people over an open fire. Its not easy sometimes, but i enjoy it, and it gets me free beer for the weekend when we go. I purchased my first charcoal vertical smoker about 6 years ago and have produced many good things from it. From ribs, brisket, butts, chicken, turkey, fish, kielbasa, and cold smoked cheese. Most recently, buckboard and canadian bacon.
My setup has been charcoal for the hotter smokes, an electric hotplate for kielbasa, fish, and bacon, and a homemade cold smoke generator for cheese.
My next project, which the wife is not too keen about is a standup freezer. All porcelain coated metal inside, with fiberglass insulation already in place. All i have to do is remove the coils and compressor, cut some holes and attach wheels. Maybe a little more involved, but a good score anyways.
I look forward to sharing and trading ideas and advice with you fine folk. Thanks!!
