Welcome Tito! welcome.gif
In the mobile site, scroll down to the reply box and click the 3rd grey box at the top (the one that looks like a mountain and a sun). You can upload pics from there.

I would start by downloading a manual from the manufacturer if known. Then I would slow down and search all over this site by entering your criteria in the above search bar.I am sure you will find all needed info there.Welcome to forum from Canada!

Welcome to the site. Yes I concur that we need some good pictures to see what you have there. I just take pics on my phone and send them to my email and upload to my computer and then the picture posting is very easy on this site. If you look just above where you would type a reply there are boxes with size, etc from left to right. It is the little square that looks like a picture. Click on this and you get the option to upload from your machine. Or you can use tapatalk. Which does not work very good for me on my damn windows phone.

If it were me the first thing I would do is line the bottom half with Dura rock or something fireproof for safeties sake. Have you tried it yet? It looks like it should work. The only thing other than that that might be of concern would be the exhaust. I see the paddle bit holes in the back. Just wondering if a wrong wind might cause an issue with that. Looks like a pretty good box. I don't know about smoking very hot in there as OSB is held together with glue. You might think about lining the whole thing. I am sure someone will be along to help.

Haven't tried it yet, it has two holes drilled on the left and right sides of it, I would like to get it all set up right get a thermometer line it up, maybe some paint for the outside of it still need some grates and some fuel, any info would be great help as this would be my first time ever to deal with a smoker.

That is not a thermostat that is a bbq control you will not be able to regulate very good with that but you could put a damper motor or fan to vent the smoker controlled by a thermostat that would work fine.
