Hi Everyone!
I wanted to say HI!!.. I've never smoked anything before and I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker on Amazon.com. In fact it's still sitting in its box in my garage... I'm going to set it up within the next week, but figured I'd go online and do some reading before I get started..
I do have a question about smoker placement. I was originally planning on putting the smoker on my stone patio under my deck, but I'm not sure how much smoke will be coming out of the vent, so I'm wondering if that's not such a good idea. I could put it on top of my deck, the only problem is it might be a little tight for space, since the deck isn't that big and I've already got my gas grill up there..
I do have a section of my patio that isn't under the deck, I could put it there, but it might look a little out of place sitting there..
Anybody have any suggestions?
