My name is Ken and I live in the Prescott Az. area. I'm not really new here. But it's been so long since I'v been on here that I was having issues signing in. I've moved and changed email addresses and it wasn't possible to get a new password sent to me to get signed in. I've been smoking meat for about 7-8 years now and have this site to thank for some very tasty meals. Recently I've been experimenting with smoking cheese. I got Jeff's book awhile back and found it to be very useful and full of some great smoking ideas. I'm looking forward to getting busy smoking now that the weather is getting better. I plan on smoking a huge pile of baby back ribs in a few weeks...can't wait :)
