hello,im from west Virginia.one of my favorite pastime is smoking everything.im originally from florida where everyone smokes foods of all kinds.here in Leroy wv. not so many into smoking but im getting them into it..smoking a pork butt right now..smoke something weekly.i have had several diffront kinds of smokers..homemade is my favorite..my first one was a old refridgerator..right now im using a masterbuilt digital electric smoker,but have 3 others and am in the process of building another,to me its just as fun building one as smoking in one..looking forward to trying some of the recipes.. cool forum...happy to be smokin with you all thanks mike
