Hi Everybody,
After poking around on here for a while and trying to decide if I wanted to build a fridge smoker or a WSM build, I finally decided I just wanted to smoke some meat and enjoy it. I decided to join the watt burners and today I went down to my local Bass Pro store (1 1/2 hrs away) and bought the last 40" bluetooth MES they had in stock.Got it home, assembled and started the burn in about 8:00 PM. Finished about 11:00 and in the interim prepped a 4.65 LB prime rib roast tomorrow. I used Bears prep for a strip roast but used A1 instead of Worcester. Will post some QView of the aftermath tomorrow.
