Any tips? I am planning on cooking this in a couple weeks and will treat like pork butt. Enough fat so I am not going to inject. End product will be pork belly sliders on hawaiian rolls with cole slaw topping and homemade BBQ sauce.

So, I smoked the pork belly treating it like pulled pork and it turned out awesome!! Unfortunately I got too carried away with all the meats we had going that I forgot to get some cooking pics. Highly recommend trying this method for some good pork belly sandwiches.
