Hey guys, I'm thinking of smoking some ribs today. Yall have any advice? How long, what temp, foil or no foil, any thing I need to know?

I'll assume you are making baby back ribs.  Using the 2-2-1 method smoke at 235 and you have it.  Watch them after the two hours in foil for that pull back, they may need less than one hour back on the smoker.

Everyone has their own way of doing ribs, and you need to develop yours. Take a few minutes or a few hours and read through the many posts regarding ribs and come up with a plan. Then, if you don't like the results, come up with another plan.

I'm doing my first beef ribs tomorrow.  Going to try either the 3-2-1 or 2-2-1 at 225*.  Lots of studying today, tonight.  What?  It's Valentines Day?
