Hey it's AJ from southern Minnesota here. Been smoking meat on a char griller smokin pro for bout a year now. Just getting the feel for tending a fire and how to read my smoke and how the weather affects my cooker. Looking to get a Lang smoker in the future but just getting a feel for smoking before I hop in a big rig. Well that about it. Can't wait to meet and learn from new people!

Welcome to the site AJ.  Plenty of inspiration round here.  I daydream from time to time about having a need for a big smoker, but it's just the GF and I so I don't think that's gonna happen.  Hope you find the Lang of your dreams Brother.
