hi there guys, well im happy to be here. I love to makes any kind of meat on the grill but smoke is one of my favorites. I did used my weber kettle for years but honestly i was trying something more easy or at least better to control temp. I bought some plans from smoker plans but here is a bit hard to make it. So ordered a Camp Chef 24 smoker vault!, hope to get some great tips here!!.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Just joined up today. Live in northern Illinois, been smoking for couple of years using electric. Love Jeff's web site as well as the forum here, great information and education. Thanks everybody.
