I have an OK Joes smoker and I am having a hard time keeping a consistent temperature with it. I build a small fire in the firebox and it is really hard to keep a consistent 225 degree cook chamber. The only other experience I have is with my dads custom built somker, which is a lot bigger. I have no issues keeping a steady temperature with it.
What is the secret to keeping steady temperatures with the smaller SFB smokers? Any help is greatly appreciated.
