Hey everyone, I just joined the ranks of the smokers. I have always enjoyed smoking on my weber in the summer months but not in the winter. Just purchased a smoker during the holidays and have enjoyed it already. I live in Wisconsin where it is a balmy 13˚ today and planing on smoking a brisket for the new years. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
