  • Steaks were cut from a 16 pound Prime Rib that I got for Christmas Dinner at Moms.

  • Vacuum Sealed and Frozen.

  • Meat thawed in the fridge overnight and will be left out for an hour then opened up.

  • While the steaks rest, the twice baked potatoes are started, potatoes are washed then rubbed with cooking oil.

  • While the potatoes cook, I figured on grilling some Peppers and Onions to top the beef.

  • Potatoes are done

  • Potatoes are sliced and scooped into a food processor, sour cream, American cheese, milk and some butter is added. Some of the potatoes are filled using half the potato mix, then I add a few tablespoons of cheddar cheese powder to the 2nd half of the potatoes and mix real well.

  • I wanted to over stuff the potatoes so I made a few extra potatoes and used the skins for potato skins using a Parmesan tomato sauce and a cheddar mozzarella cheese mix.

  • Everything is topped with Cheddar Cheese.

  • Steaks are salted and will rest another hour.

  • Steaks are rinsed and the grill is pre heated to 600+, I will be using the sear station, potatoes are tossed in the oven at 325°. Steaks are grilled
