Waving a hand back at yah
Love smoking and often do it old school with post oak,salt and pepper 50/50
Low and Slow as well as hot N fast,a traditionalist you might say

Not shy with any meat protein outside of a polecat
If I can kill it,Ill eat it,if they brew it Ill drink it

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Appreciate it neighbor,been wood cooking for over 40 yrs and still learnin every day
Smokin Experts are pretty scary folk from my experiences(smoke tour for 9 yrs)

Trophy's aint to much for eaten so I quit rounding them up
