What did you have for a temp. ? It looks great and you have me thinking of trying this also.

I kept the cooker between 230 and 250. It took about 4.5 hours.

yum i love primal cuts just reminds me of the flintstones. looks like your smoking like a king. i think ill try this very soon my grocery store has them for 3.99 a pound i thought that wasnt too knarly considering i was buying 13lb rib roast at the time.
