Howdy and Greetings from Monrovia California!
My company is Big Slim's Hickory Creek BBQ and I have been doing this professionally for just about five years now. Have done events of all sizes, catering, music festivals and street fairs. My rig is a six shelf stick burner stack smoker, that also has a char grill and a flat top grill, for good measure we bring along a deep fryer too! My rig was designed and built in Branson MO by "Uncle Chuck" and is fabulous!
