Hello all. I've looked at this forum several times, and decided to join today. Lot's of great info...

I've experimented w/ several smokers over the years, and have pretty much settled w/ my Landmann 34" propane smoker. Good capacity for what I do, and has a wide temp range that holds very well under varying outside temp conditions. I smoke a lot of summer sausage, salmon, and turkey.

While it smokes fine, I have to keep adding wood every 30min. I would really like to attach a smoke generator on the side for longer smoke production AND to start cold smoking some cheese. I've looked at the Bradley feeder system. Any suggestions or pictures of a similar installation?

Thanks,

Bruce

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy, damp and cool day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything .   I know there are some members who add smoke generators. I never smoked with a propane smoker .
