I have a question for you seasoned smokers. I have some venison strips that's been marinading for 24hrs. I was going to put it in the smoker today after I got home from work. We are having a wind/rain storm and our power has been going off and on all day.
My question is, how long can I wait to smoke it. Weather should be better tomorrow. Will the meat be OK until then?
