Hi everyone my name is DanaB and I'm not only new to sm but new to conventional smoking. Ever since I was little I loved the idea of cooking over an open fire. I still do but now I have a Char Broil H20 Smoker. It's small and it was very difficult 5o get a temp of 200 or over. I have drilled some holes in the fire pan for extra oxygen and I will be find out Today how it does. It will have to do until I finish building my new smoker (2 55 drums one on its side on top of the other it'll be similar to the pic I've attached). Glad to be here I'm looking forward to honing my craft with the help of everyone on here.
