Hey all!

Im new to your forums, but definitely not new to backyard cuisine.

I started out like many do, with a standard Weber Grill.

I now have the same weber, in addition to a collection of 5 various grills and smokers.

Im looking forward to trying out some of the ideas from the community here as well as sharing my own.

guess I forgot to mention that Im from the SF Bay Area...yes we know how to grill and smoke too.
