Did my first whole turkey today.
Pulled some turkey for the regular stuff, sandwiches, enchiladas, burritos, etc. This was some really good stuff.

I pulled it at 165* in the thickest part I could find (tried a bunch of spots breast , thigh, etc.) Then I covered it with foil and let it rest for 45 minutes.
