I am a long time viewer but posting for the first time.
I built a propane smoker a few years ago based on plans from one of the posts on this site. Many thanks to "Rancid Crabtree" for his tutorial. I have smoked many batches of venison and goose jerky as well as lots of fish. I started making sausage a couple years ago. I have also done several batches of cheese. I am still experimenting with ribs of all kinds and just did my first beef brisket this past weekend . I am looking forward to learning from all of you on this site. There is a tremendous amount of knowledge out there and it is great to see that you re all willing to share it.
