I'm excited to have finally joined. I have been sneaking around the site for a couple months using information here and there, and I just wanted to say thank you to all who post on this awesome site.
The smoker I have is a Bradley 6 rack electric. I've done spatchcock chickens, pork shoulders/butts, ribs, and a chuck roast. And can't wait to try new things and fine tune the above!
