Hi, folks. I grew up in west Texas (brisket, mesquite), raised my family in South Dakota, swung through Georgia for a couple of years, and now enjoy an empty nest in the treasure valley.
I left an American-built Traeger in Georgia and just bought a Masterbuilt Pro Dual Fuel at Home Depot to replace it.
Pork tenderloin and salmon have both turned out fine.
