Tried Pork Ribs today for the first time.

These ribs for us in the UK are really meaty, but expensive!



Rubbed with Jeff's rub.



Used Bears 2.5, 2.5, 1 method. Cooked @ 105C/220F naked for 2.5 Hours. Foiled and added Apple Juice for 2.5 hours. then naked to crisp up.




They tasted to me great!

Look fine to me. Did the bones pull out easily?

They were not fall off the bone, but very moist and succulent.

Typically fall off the bone ribs are over cooked. If they pulled easy and tasted good then you did right.
