My wife told the church I would smoke butts for 250 people, I smoke a lot on my 36" smoker at home but it wont hold the 10 or so butts that i will need. I have access to a smoker that will, it runs off of propane I hope this will do the job, will 10 butts be enough and any tips would be appreciated.

the propane smoker has a wood box on it for smoke

Pork butts can be done in advance and just re-heated. I happen to like the melding of smoke and flavors when it sits for a day or two.
