but my problem is this 

 on the same grill 

 

 

And, after the ribs were done 3-2-1 method, my temp dropped and I wasn't able to bring it back up for the chicken, both meters were under 200, I tried to add charcoal, wood, open vents, closed vents, talked to my brother, cursed it out, I had to put the chicken in the oven, who does that with a smoker, I had to find the owners manual to turn it on.  Any suggestions?
