I'm very new to the smoking world. I live in ohio and have already been looking around the forums on different ideas and techniques. I have a Brinkmann Smoke n Pit and will be smoking baby backs for the first time on it. I'm very glad I found this place so as to not go through the whole trial by fire! (Pardon the pun)
