Hi Guys 

   Were to start I love cooking inside out side. But if I had to pick I love smoking just about any thing that I can fit in into my smoker. I also love making beer mead custom knives and homemade sausage.I am the father of 6 boy and hail from Syracuse New York Right now I am planning on making a 4in 2 ft Hydro Stuffer. If you like Ill post the build!!!
