Pork Loin on the Spinner

Small chunk of loin big enough for the two of us and some leftovers. Little tired of 'chops' most of the time so got out the Bubba Keg and rotisserie for a different twist. Used only half as much coals as on the chicken spin so this chunk took 2 hours to hit 145 IT when I pulled it off. Good reviews from the SO so all was good in Willie Land. During the cook I threw a fat handful of apple pellets on the coals to create some smoke effect wafting up, surrounding the pork in a smoke bath. I'm starting to love this beast....Willie

Thanks Foam.....that one is actually an old beer keg with the top cut off. I sometimes slide a bar across and use hooks to hang stuff but am finding the spinner to be ideal. Holes easily drilled with a bit designed for metal and I used SS machine screws to mount the brackets. 2 bricks across the bottom to hold the Weber charcoal basket up off the deck so, all in all, a very cheap build vs the $300 (?) they want for one.
