Equal part water, Shoyu soy sauce and brown sugar. Today that's a cup of each. Add to that 5 cloves minced garlic, good tablespoon + fresh grated ginger. Good tablespoon black pepper. No other spice today because the boys don't like it spicy! Oh yeah just for fun added some chopped pineapple and about a 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
