I have been messing around with adding a side box ( like a mailbox mod) to my propane smoker to hold my amps.
For the life of me I could not get the thing to burn.
The air may have been blue, but it was not with thin smoke.
I tried everything... 1" inlet 3" outlet to the smoker.
Forced air flow... Blah, blah, blah
Finally did some research on this site, ran through all the recommended options and realized.... Damp pellets .
Crap... 2 wks of cussing and sweating and it was all due to damp pellets.
Smoked sausage and cured duck breast today with super results.

Thanks for the wisdom.

Hello.  It's always the simple , "should be obvious" things that jump up and bite ya in the butt.  Glad you got it sorted.  Keep smokin!
