Hey Smallfry-glad to have you here at SMF! Do worry none about using an electric smoker-heck even I have one I use on occasion and we have a good sized community of electric smoker users here.

Ma Dutch and meownself are empty nesters as well so my big ol' Lang don't get much use except for family get-togethers so my Mini WSM or the EUDS gets the nod. I gotta replace the burner in the gasser but I have a side fire box on it and it gets used once in a while.

Hey Dutch,I took your advice on downloading pictures ( of course I'm doing it from an iPad today so everything looks different in the window). Here is a picture of some wings I just pulled out of the smoke. Taste pretty good if I do say so myself! Thanks for the help.
